Radiation properties of a linearly dual-polarized dual-band and wideband multi-ring microstrip antenna fed by two L-probes

This paper presents a linearly dual-polarized dual-band and wideband multi-ring microstrip antenna fed by two L-probes. The proposed consists of circular ring patches L-probes arranged in multi-layered dielectric substrate. By using thick substrate for the L-probe arranging as radiation elements, exhibits characteristics. Furthermore, at orthogonal positions, can operate planar antenna. measured fractional bandwidths corresponding to reflection coefficient below -10dB were 21.7% 10.6% first second modes, respectively. isolation between ports test above larger than 13dB.
